Noone should worry because everything is moving on to a better place . Now is better than it was before; Tommorow will be even better . I respect others choices because I believe that everyone will eventually climb onto a higher plane .
I am always therefore interested in new ideas - ways to make life better .
I do wonder though whether it is all measurable product and material world stuff when my friends are very rich materially but seem empty in some way . Infact , the evidence against real quality of life improvement in post modern West is all around me . In my weaker moments I wonder why things have not gotten better in my own experience and why, if I'm honest I and they seem to have grown more cynical and less optimistic with time. I find I do worry about my children but so doesn't everybody ?. I may envy those who still are optimistic and wonder if they are completely deluded and why they shut out doubts ; it seems to me they are not using their brains. I try not to think about certain things -esp those that I don't understand from my worldview .But what i disagree with doesn't woory me because "Religion" and anything i don't agree with/understand /put in a box for example seems like something we can safely abandon from the past because whats ahead is always progressive and better . I don't dare think that in a deterministic world, the thoughts of the brain may be irrelevant and dangerous anyway.
